Minutes & Video of Annual CVTIA Meeting held 4/6/24

As of Monday, 4/13/26, all laterals are watered up and pressurized as normal. The issue at 1611 Anne was solved. 1610 Aurora and 1611 Anne, which share the same connection to the lateral, were the only lots affected by the leak in the lateral at the 1611 Anne lot. All is well at this point.

We are haveing problems with the main valve for the South Lateral between Aurora and Anne. If you live within addresses 1600 to 1700 on the West side Aurora and on the East side of Anne, your water may be off for a few days until we get it fixed. If we have to replace…
