Sometime during the night on 5/19/23 to 5/20/23, The irrigation system sprang a major leak or blowout near the hydrant at 1606 Anne. As a result, the entire lateral was shut off. If you live on Anne (West side) or Sunset Hwy (East side) from addresses 1601 to 1699 or 1600 to 1700, you will…

As of Monday, 4/13/26, all laterals are watered up and pressurized as normal. The issue at 1611 Anne was solved. 1610 Aurora and 1611 Anne, which share the same connection to the lateral, were the only lots affected by the leak in the lateral at the 1611 Anne lot. All is well at this point.

The practice for many years of the Wenatchee Reclamation District (WRD) is to shut off the canal system water that originates in Dryden, Washington sometime around the 10th of October.
